Manager, Solution Consulting

• Coach and support a team of Solution Consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals • Partner closely with Account Executives on active deals to ensure strong solution alignment and execution • Participate in key customer engagements, including discovery, demos, and technical discussions, as needed • Help drive consistency in sales support, messaging, and solution positioning across your team • Monitor team activity and performance against key metrics; identify areas for improvement and take action • Provide input into forecasting by ensuring visibility into deal progression and Solution Consulting involvement • Reinforce best practices in discovery, storytelling, and product demonstration • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of Solution Consultants • Escalate deal risks or challenges and partner with senior leadership to navigate complex opportunities • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to share feedback and improve processes • Support people processes such as performance feedback, development planning, and team engagement
Job Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, including customer-facing roles in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar
- 1–2+ years of people management or team leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the role of Solution Consulting in driving revenue
- Ability to coach and develop early- to mid-career team members
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to learn and articulate product capabilities
- Comfortable engaging with customers in both remote and in-person settings
- Data-informed mindset; able to track performance and act on insights
- Collaborative approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in recruitment or recruitment technology is a plus, but not required.
