Title: Assistant General Counsel Location: Remote, California Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive attorney with a background in finance, lending, or litigation related to the same to join our legal team. This role will have a specific emphasis on structuring and drafting financing contracts with customers, contracts in support of Company initiatives, and the review and support of the Company’s financing activities, with an emphasis on setting up processes for negotiated loan documents for borrowers between $500,000 and $3,000,000, supporting the Company’s equipment finance subsidiary, and the negotiation of counterparty documents with a variety of counterparties. The position will also support workout and compliance as the Company moves to expand its product offerings. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to our business units, ensuring that all contract terms align with company risk tolerance, regulatory standards, and high-stakes operational goals.
