• Lead and develop the US commercial legal team • Manage a portfolio of enterprise deals • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements • Align US practices with global legal strategy • Provide risk-calibrated advice to senior leadership

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People team • Provide expert guidance across the full employment lifecycle • Own all employment disputes including pre-litigation claims and administrative charges • Oversee internal investigations and advise on employment law compliance • Engage with adjacent legal areas as business needs evolve

• Provide practical, commercially minded advice on crypto, blockchain, and related regulatory matters • Advise on issues such as digital asset regulation, securities and commodities laws, money transmission, payments, token-related matters, compliance, commercial agreements, and product counseling • Support clients on a project-by-project basis • Involve supporting financings, corporate transactions, and other legal needs as client matters evolve

• Provide expert legal counsel on product development involving stablecoins, payments, blockchain technology, and digital asset services • Advise on complex financial services regulations, BSA/AML/CFT compliance, sanctions, intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity • Support domestic and international licensing, regulatory strategy, and engage with global regulators • Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements • Support corporate governance and venture financing • Translate evolving regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance • Lead multiple high-stakes legal projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage outside counsel

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People Team on all aspects of employment law • Provide proactive counsel on employment law compliance • Support internal investigations, policy development, and employment documentation • Provide broad legal support across the business, including regulatory investigations and litigation support • Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders

• Oversee the legal frameworks for Care.com’s consumer marketplace and compliance program • Lead the transformation of the legal function leveraging legal technology and AI • Guide product teams on compliance throughout the development lifecycle • Design self-service compliance tools for marketing • Maintain robust, accessible Terms of Service and Privacy Policies • Partner closely with Trust & Safety to refine protocols for incident response and platform integrity • Integrate “Privacy by Design” into all consumer features.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Privacy teams • Provide real-time guidance on clinical practice, telehealth, and regulatory implications • Act as the primary regulatory attorney for Clinical and Operations teams • Translate complex healthcare regulations into actionable guidance and tools • Anticipate regulatory challenges and develop proactive solutions

• Serve as the in-house ERISA expert guiding the company’s mission to expand retirement plan access for small and mid-sized businesses • Provide real-time, practical legal guidance on ERISA, IRC, and fiduciary matters • Ensure operational compliance and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable advice • Advise on plan sponsor and participant questions • Review disclosures and communications for compliance • Support the product team with subject matter expertise as new features are developed

• Lead the evolution of Lloyd, community-powered AI co-pilot for in-house legal teams • Diagnose and improve response quality • Identify content gaps • Collaborate closely with engineering • Ship code and design directly • Run design partner programs • Translate member feedback into actionable product improvements • Drive go-to-market efforts • Advocate for Lloyd across channels • Ensure the product remains at the forefront of AI advancements
