Regulatory/Quality Reporting Analyst

Impact Advisors

• Support CMS quality measure submissions, including eCQMs, inpatient/outpatient quality reporting, and ACO/MSSP programs • Monitor and interpret CMS and ONC proposed/finalized regulations and assess operational impact • Build and support Epic reporting and configuration solutions, including QRDAs, extracts, risk assessments, and clinical documentation workflows • Perform monthly and quarterly quality performance monitoring and reporting • Collaborate with regulatory leadership and support junior analysts as needed

Job Requirements

  • Experience with CMS and ONC regulatory programs
  • Hands-on experience with CMS quality reporting and submissions
  • Epic reporting/build experience including QRDAs and clinical documentation configuration
  • Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient environments
  • Epic certification(s) (preferred)
  • Experience mentoring junior team members (preferred)
  • Healthcare system or provider-side experience (preferred)

Role Description The Lead BI Analyst, Revenue Operations, is responsible for supporting analytical, business analysis, and design visualizations/reporting for business partners and stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance.
