Working remotely from abroad, you will serve as both a destination expert and trusted advisor — conducting deep intelligence gathering on emerging destinations, luxury properties, and on-the-ground experiences, then translating that research into flawlessly executed, bespoke journeys. You will manage the full client journey — from initial consultation and immersive destination research to booking, logistics, and post-trip debrief — ensuring every Marchay member feels as though the world was arranged just for them. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage customized travel itineraries for Marchay’s luxury members. - Collaborate with team members to research destinations, accommodations, and experiences tailored to client preferences. - Coordinate bookings including hotels, transportation, activities, and special requests with global suppliers. - Provide highly personalized client service and relationship management throughout the travel planning and execution process. - Maintain accurate and organized trip records in CRM systems. - Stay up to date with luxury travel trends, new destinations, and partner offerings to provide insightful recommendations. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple trips simultaneously. Working alongside another Travel Advisor and under a Senior Travel Advisor, you will collaborate on customized itineraries, bookings, and client communication while providing a world-class travel experience for Marchay’s members. The ideal candidate is someone who has good industry experience – preferably in the luxury sector – is highly organized and detail-oriented and is ready to collaborate on executing trips for members at the highest level. Please note that this is not an entry-level role and previous travel advisor experience is required.

This role supports day-to-day trip planning operations, including curating and coordinating dining reservations, spa reservations, transportation, car rentals, and sightseeing recommendations, as well as providing administrative support in Salesforce and shared document systems. The position involves regular communication with travel partners, with the opportunity to engage with clients and assist with Axus itinerary creation over time. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in luxury travel, exceptional organizational skills, and availability during U.S. working hours.   Responsibilities:  - Concierge Bookings: Facilitate concierge bookings (i.e. dining, spa, non-privately guided activity suggestions) by coordinating communications between the team and partners - Car and train transfers: Secure car and train transfers with the travel teams - Car rentals: Secure car rentals in collaboration with the travel teams - File Organization: Assist in maintaining a well-organized system for files and information in Salesforce and SharePoint - Collaboration with the Team: Regularly communicate with travel teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks - Potential for other responsibilities based on candidate’s capabilities and advancement goals

• Lead and facilitate end-to-end recruiting processes for all roles • Maintain a candidate pipeline and share weekly recruiting reports • Execute all components of employee onboarding and offboarding (e.g., training, systems implementation, etc.) • Assist the leadership team with growth planning and team expansion • Update company KPI dashboards on a monthly basis • Oversee employee development and training programs • Manage performance review processes in PerformYard • Work in tandem with leadership team on employee career management • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution and workplace concerns • Update and maintain key company documents, including pillars, best practices, SLAs, employee handbooks, employee ownership, organizational charts, and organizational policies • Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records • Manage compensation policies, salary ranges, and ensure market competitiveness • Compile presentations for quarterly virtual all-company meetings

• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with organizations that align with our client base. • Lead strategy, outreach, and relationship development of partnerships. • Develop annual and quarterly partnership plans in collaboration with internal teams. • Ensure consistent and professional partner experience through thoughtful onboarding and engagement. • Produce and maintain collateral and oversee travel intelligence pieces. • Monitor and report on partnership performance with actionable recommendations.
