• The Operations Implementation and Special Projects Strategist is a collaborative, forward-thinking role at Revelation Pharma, LLC focused on driving meaningful progress across the network through disciplined project execution and workflow design. • Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position serves as the engine behind operational change — translating corporate priorities into structured projects, optimizing how workflows across teams, and ensuring that new initiatives land with lasting impact. • Responsible for ownership and execution of special projects that cross departmental lines, requiring structured management, and are directly tied to Revelation Pharma’s strategic direction. • Partner with the VP of Operations to evaluate incoming initiatives and determine scope, ownership, resource requirements, and timeline before work begins. • Develop implementation plans that give all stakeholders a shared understanding of goals, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria. • Lead cross-functional workstreams by convening the right people, maintaining accountability for action items, and keeping momentum across multiple departments simultaneously. • Build go-live checklists, training plans, and change management protocols into every major initiative.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) or PharmD preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or a cross-functional strategy role — preferably within compounding pharmacy
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-department initiatives from scoping through implementation, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and designing workflow improvements that teams can realistically adopt
- Comfortable working with financial data and connecting operational decisions to business outcomes without needing to be a finance expert.

Role Description The WelbeHealth Advocate Supervisor, RN oversees the daily operations of the triage call center team, providing leadership and clinical guidance to RNs and LVNs to ensure timely, high-quality patient care and efficient call management. Role Description You will own the operational engine of ACCESS — ensuring that a multi-state virtual clinic runs safely, efficiently, and at scale, so our clinical team can focus entirely on patient outcomes. This is a part-time position with the potential to convert to full-time as the ACCESS Program scales. What you’ll do - Program operations & strategy: - Own the day-to-day operational execution of the ACCESS program — scheduling, compliance, billing, and vendor management — across up to 50 states. - Partner with the Medical Director to operationalize new clinical programs, care pathways, and evidence-based interventions, translating clinical vision into repeatable workflows. - Develop growth projections, efficiency metrics, and operational KPIs that track both the financial health and clinical effectiveness of the program. - Manage operational budgeting, resource reporting, and cost management in partnership with Finance. - Clinician operations & team development: - Own the operational lifecycle of clinician hiring: contract establishment, onboarding, capacity planning, compliance training, and performance reviews. - Hold dotted-line operational management of the Nurse Practitioner and Pharmacist — managing schedules, operational KPIs, and administrative workflows in close partnership with the Medical Director, who retains clinical governance. - Directly manage the Care Coordinator, providing clear direction, development, and accountability. - Billing, revenue cycle & outcomes: - Own the submission of ACCESS G-codes and manage all insurance denials and appeals end-to-end. - Monitor the Performance Withhold dashboard to ensure the team consistently hits the ≥70% threshold required to unlock year-end bonuses. - Track program financial performance and flag risks to operational margins early. - Multi-state compliance & vendor relations: - Maintain full operational compliance across all states of operation — multi-state licensures, credentialing, CME tracking, and Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) for NP and Pharmacist roles. - Coordinate closely with the Regulatory team to file and maintain CPAs in every active state. - Own and optimize external service agreements with lab, billing, credentialing, and technology vendors. - Patient safety & quality assurance: - Operationalize patient safety processes and incident reporting mechanisms, working hand-in-hand with Clinical Leadership. - Own the delivery and tracking of mandatory patient safety training across the care team. Role Description Our Senior Loan Processor is responsible for providing quality loan processing, reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submission. Obtains necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range is $26.44/hr. - $28.84/hr. - Receives and reviews loan submissions, monitors incoming documents, and verifies data collected by Loan Officers or agents. - Obtains necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. - Organizes and inputs loan information received into the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS). - Maintains open files, orders appraisals, sends verifications, and acquires documentation related to Borrower and property. - Ensures the quality and compliance of work with Company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines. - Ensures that all loans are processed to meet Company and Investor guidelines. - Communicates with Escrow Officer/Settlement Agent, Title Officer, Realtor, Closing Agent, and Appraisal Management Company, and other external parties as required to resolve outstanding issues. - Communicates with Sales Management, Loan Officers, Operations Manager, Disclosure Department, Underwriting Department, Docs/Funding Department, and other internal staff as required to resolve outstanding issues. - Informs loan officer, agent, and/or borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income and other file related items and status of the loan. - Reviews and evaluates credit information on mortgage loan documents to determine acceptability for loan programs. - Pulls or verifies credit reports and flood certificates as needed. - Submits completed file to Underwriting Department for approval. Qualifications - Maintains highly confidential information in accordance with Company’s privacy policy concerning borrower’s information. - Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of mortgage loan processing function and underwriting guidelines. - Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. - Strong skill in the use of office machines such as computer, copiers, fax machines. - Strong customer service skills. - Requires extremely high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously. - Ability to maintain constant contact with borrower and internal office staff.
