• You will own product execution across the patient experience: how patients discover, enroll, convert, and stay in care. • You will own the instrumentation, analysis, and iteration loop that turns our first patient cohorts into durable, compounding growth. • Through launch: Launch readiness across the patient-facing experience: intake, identity verification, checkout, onboarding, and first-fill journey. • Full-funnel instrumentation and analytics: define the metrics tree (visit to intake to conversion to first fill to refill), ensure every step is measurable before day one. • Pricing, bundling, and packaging decisions in partnership with the CTO and clinical leadership. • Backlog ownership and sprint-level prioritization with our VP of Engineering, internal engineers, and our offshore development partner. • Voice of the patient: synthesize support tickets, session data, and patient feedback into roadmap inputs. • Product requirements and specs that engineers can build from without a meeting: clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, including the regulated ones. • Coordination with clinical, compliance, and pharmacy operations stakeholders so that product decisions respect clinical safety and regulatory constraints without grinding to a halt.

• Providing system-level engineering support and expertise to a cross-functional team. • Providing preliminary solutions to engineering problems of moderate scope and complexity in an expeditious, efficient, and timely manner. • Researches, designs, implements, and tests technology solutions. • Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures. • Collects and presents data for reporting and planning. • Design, implement and maintain the organization's computer systems and networks, including servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure. • Manage and maintain the organization's security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management systems. • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements. • Support continuous improvement of systems engineering, user experience, and agile development processes. • Assess complex projects with a variety of requirements quickly, correctly prioritize tasks, provide accurate time estimates, and complete tasks in a timely manner while communicating changes and updates. • Functions as a technical expert for the implementation and operational support. • Troubleshoot workstation/server related problems and quickly resolve issues.

• Lead the strategic assessment and buildout of existing 503a compounding facilities, identifying gaps in infrastructure, equipment, cleanroom capacity, and workflow that limit production throughput. • Develop and execute a multi-phase facility development roadmap aligned with commercial demand forecasts, including capital project planning, equipment qualification, and process validation milestones. • Drive production scaling initiatives by evaluating current batch sizes, fill/finish capacity, formulation pipelines, and staffing models to increase output without compromising product quality or compliance. • Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to eliminate bottlenecks and improve production efficiency across all facilities. • Partner with Engineering and Facilities teams on cleanroom upgrades, HVAC qualification, water system enhancements, and other infrastructure investments required to support higher-volume compounding operations. • Define and monitor production KPIs including batch yield, cycle time, on-time release rates, and capacity utilization; use data to drive operational decisions and report progress to the senior leadership team. • Maintain operational readiness for state Board of Pharmacy and FDA inspections across all 503a compounding facilities, ensuring site systems, documentation, and personnel practices meet or exceed USP / and applicable cGMP requirements. • Provide guidance and oversight on state Board of Pharmacy licensure, DEA registration, and federal statutory requirements applicable to each facility location. • Partner closely with the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs functions to ensure SOPs, batch records, environmental monitoring programs, and deviation management systems are current, compliant, and effectively executed. • Champion a quality culture across all facilities — reinforcing that compliance and scale are mutually achievable — through visible leadership, training investment, and accountability structures.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of provider relations representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics. • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional service to providers and meets established KPIs. • Collaborate with provider relations representatives to develop tailored strategies to nurture relationships with key providers. • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings within existing accounts. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness of account management strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and clinical to align efforts and drive synergy. • Lead efforts to identify and optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and provider satisfaction. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the provider relations representatives.

• Own end-to-end delivery coordination for all active technology vendor integrations, including EMR, payment processing, and identity verification • Manage vendor timelines, API dependency sequencing, and UAT coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact between external vendors and the engineering team • Track go-live readiness and surface blockers before they reach engineering • Design the patient support function from scratch, including ticket taxonomy, escalation paths, SLA definitions, and tooling selection • Manage the relationship and SLA compliance of our BPO partner for Tier 1 patient support • Drive execution of the enterprise technology governance workplan across cybersecurity, data governance, AI governance, cloud computing, and support operations domains • Maintain the governance artifact library and ensure deliverable quality across all five domains • Maintain the integrated program timeline connecting engineering sprints, vendor milestones, FTE onboarding, and executive reporting

• The Operations Implementation and Special Projects Strategist is a collaborative, forward-thinking role at Revelation Pharma, LLC focused on driving meaningful progress across the network through disciplined project execution and workflow design. • Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position serves as the engine behind operational change — translating corporate priorities into structured projects, optimizing how workflows across teams, and ensuring that new initiatives land with lasting impact. • Responsible for ownership and execution of special projects that cross departmental lines, requiring structured management, and are directly tied to Revelation Pharma’s strategic direction. • Partner with the VP of Operations to evaluate incoming initiatives and determine scope, ownership, resource requirements, and timeline before work begins. • Develop implementation plans that give all stakeholders a shared understanding of goals, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria. • Lead cross-functional workstreams by convening the right people, maintaining accountability for action items, and keeping momentum across multiple departments simultaneously. • Build go-live checklists, training plans, and change management protocols into every major initiative.

• Onboarding and supporting new doctors: Communicate the value of our compounded medications and services to support new account growth • Follow up with newly onboarded veterinarians and veterinary hospitals after their first order, in partnership with the outside sales representative • Assist with account setup and onboarding for customers unfamiliar with pharmacy processes • Serve as the primary point of contact following initial ordering • Coordinate in-person meetings with outside field representatives when additional support is needed • Identify additional product and service opportunities within the Revelation network, including commercial products, supplements, and 503B offerings • Current Account Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing veterinarians and veterinary hospitals through consistent communication and ongoing support • Partner with field sales representatives to provide tailored solutions that support customer retention and account growth • Clearly communicate the value of our 503A compounding pharmacy services while addressing provider needs and concerns • Serve as the primary point of contact for prescriber questions and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution • Identify opportunities to expand products and services within existing accounts, including additional offerings across the Revelation network • Provide educational resources and training to prescribers and staff, including clinical materials, regulatory updates, and prescription support tools • Collaboration with Field Sales Support field representatives through provider communication, account insights, and sharing relevant customer updates • Introduce and coordinate onsite meetings between providers and field sales representatives when appropriate • Provide account activity updates, growth opportunities, and customer history to support sales efforts • Market & Product Expertise Maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas, compounding services, and industry trends to effectively support providers • Share customer feedback and market insights with sales and marketing leadership to support business strategies and product positioning • Optional: Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and networking events as needed • Reporting & Performance Tracking Document customer interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems • Monitor key performance metrics including account growth, retention, and activity levels • Support strategic initiatives to grow and diversify the customer network in collaboration with field sales leadership

• Own the FHIR R4 data model design • Architect and implement the HealthLake data layer including ingest pipelines • Lead the Supabase-to-HealthLake migration • Design and enforce encryption patterns and PHI access controls • Review and approve KMS infrastructure code • Build the data access layer consumed by agents • Implement audit logging infrastructure that satisfies HIPAA requirements • Design Clean Rooms configurations for analytics use cases

• Build and maintain bidirectional data flows between a programmable EMR’s FHIR R4 API and a cloud-hosted FHIR data store • Develop server-side EMR plugins in Python for clinical workflow automation • Configure provider-facing workflows for multiple clinical lines of business • Develop lambda functions for data movement • Own the EMR-to-FHIR data contract
