Head of Sales – Data Partnerships

• Own and grow Bold’s data and partner monetization business. • Source, structure, and scale data-driven partnerships. • Bring in new partners across fintech and financial services. • Operate as a true owner of a revenue line. • Structure and close data and performance-driven partnerships. • Launch new partners quickly and scale based on performance. • Track what competitors are offering partners and what rates are moving. • Own pipeline quality, forecasting, and partner-level revenue performance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience selling data partnerships, affiliate relationships, or B2B access to user bases.
  • Existing relationships within banking, fintech, affiliate, or consumer-data ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in partnership sales, business development, or revenue-focused account executive roles.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing economics.
  • A strong network in enrollment marketing, student/education data, banking, fintech partnerships, affiliate networks, or identity verification services.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments without heavy process.
  • Strong analytical instincts.
  • High ownership and urgency.
  • Strong communication skills.
