Role Description We are looking for an experienced Cloud Leader / GCP Architect to drive cloud transformation initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, landing zone design, CI/CD implementation, and large-scale infrastructure migration. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with leadership capabilities to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions. - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade GCP Landing Zones aligned with best practices. - Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated and scalable deployments on GCP. - Drive end-to-end cloud migration strategies, including application and infrastructure migration to GCP. - Design and implement secure cloud architectures covering IAM, networking, and compliance requirements. - Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform. - Oversee database migration initiatives and ensure minimal disruption and performance optimization. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Application Engineering. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across cloud initiatives. - Continuously optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability. Qualifications - 8–10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on cloud engineering and architecture. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services. - Proven track record in designing and delivering cloud migration and transformation projects. - Strong understanding of cloud networking and security principles. - Expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. - Working knowledge of database migration strategies and tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
