Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a closely related technical field followed by 10 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering with a focus on HR and Corporate systems and integrations. - 6 years of experience architecting, building, and deploying solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud for HR and Corporate Systems. - 6 years’ experience with solution architecture, creating conceptual, logical architecture diagrams, and gaining stakeholder approval. - 6 years collaborating across various teams in the Enterprise including but not limited to Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Privacy. - 3 years of integration experience of the key Oracle HCM Modules related to HR and Corporate Systems. - 3 years’ experience with API, microservices architectures, and PLSQL, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
