Role Description Dans le cadre de la mise en place d'un cadre structuré d’encadrement, de gouvernance et d’opérationnalisation de l’intelligence artificielle (IA), nous recherchons un(e) Analyste d'affaires afin de soutenir une adoption responsable, sécurisée et alignée sur les besoins stratégiques et opérationnels de l’organisation. Ce projet vise notamment à définir les usages autorisés de l’IA, à encadrer l’évaluation et l’utilisation des outils IA, à réduire les risques liés à l’IA générative et à assurer la conformité aux exigences légales et réglementaires en matière de protection des renseignements personnels, de sécurité de l’information et de gestion des risques, tout en maximisant la valeur d’affaires générée. Responsibilities - Contribuer à la définition, à la structuration et à la livraison des principaux livrables du projet, en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire regroupant les technologies de l’information, les affaires juridiques, la protection des renseignements personnels, la cybersécurité, la gouvernance des données et les lignes d’affaires; - Assurer l’identification, la documentation et la priorisation des cas d’usage provenant des unités d’affaires; - En collaboration avec le responsable de la portée d’affaires, également responsable du chantier « Cas d’usage », ainsi qu’avec les porteurs de cas, contribuer à l’élaboration et à l’application du cadre de priorisation; - Analyser la faisabilité technique, évaluer les risques, définir les critères de succès et établir les critères de transition entre les phases d’exploration et de mise en production; - Préciser les modalités de suivi et d’évaluation continue de la performance des solutions déployées, en cohérence avec les orientations stratégiques et les décisions des instances de gouvernance. Qualifications - Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (administration, technologies de l’information, systèmes d’information, sciences de l’information ou équivalent); une formation complémentaire ou une maîtrise en sciences de l’information, transformation numérique ou domaine connexe constitue un atout; - Minimum 5 ans d’expérience incluant de l’expérience récente autour de l’adoption de l’IA en entreprise avec démonstration de : documentation et priorisation de besoins d’affaires, collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, projets et preuves de concept impliquant des enjeux de données, de sécurité, de conformité ou de gestion des risques; - Une expérience dans le secteur public ou parapublic est considérée comme un atout; - Capacité à analyser, structurer et documenter des besoins d’affaires liés à des cas d’usage en intelligence artificielle, en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’organisation; - Capacité à contribuer à la structuration et à l’évolution de la pratique organisationnelle en intelligence artificielle, incluant les cadres, processus, outils et bonnes pratiques; - Maîtrise des méthodes de qualification et de priorisation de cas d’usage (valeur d’affaires, faisabilité, risques) dans un contexte organisationnel complexe; - Capacité à évaluer la faisabilité technique de solutions IA en collaboration avec des experts TI, données, cybersécurité, risque, juridique et architecture; - Aptitude à identifier, analyser et documenter les risques (juridiques, éthiques, opérationnels, technologiques, protection des renseignements personnels) associés aux solutions IA; - Capacité à définir des critères de succès, des indicateurs de performance et des mécanismes de suivi des solutions déployées; - Excellente capacité de communication, en langage affaires, avec des publics techniques et non techniques; - Capacité à assurer le transfert de connaissances afin de soutenir la montée en compétence des équipes; - Rigueur analytique, sens de la synthèse et capacité à structurer des livrables clairs et décisionnels; - Excellente connaissance de l’environnement Microsoft 365, incluant les outils d’IA et d’automatisation (Copilot Studio, Power Platform / Power Apps), ainsi que leur intégration avec les systèmes d’information organisationnels; - La connaissance d’autres plateforme IA est un atout; - Autonomie, jugement professionnel et capacité à évoluer dans un contexte public ou parapublic.
