Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and preferences. - Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to meet revenue goals. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. - Perform market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth. - Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for management. - Seek out upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. - Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities. - Participate in strategic planning sessions to support overall company objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in key account management or relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships. - Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer data. - Competency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications. - Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients. - Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
