• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders — from first conversation through onboarding, ongoing operational health, and growth. • Serve as the technical subject-matter expert in pre-sales cycles – running technical discovery, leading solution demos, scoping integrations, and partnering with sales to convert qualified opportunities. • Run the technical discovery process to onboard new OEM/brand stores to our portfolio and automate processes to support scaling sales operations across your portfolio. • Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success, including retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores. • Use analytics and data insights to monitor customer health and predict potential issues before they become critical. • Implement systems for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to continuously refine and improve customer experience. • Continuously identify and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base – carrying expansion ARR or net revenue retention as a named KPI alongside retention and CSAT. • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and needs, helping shape the future roadmap and feature enhancements. • Act as the escalation point for at-risk or stalled accounts – taking ownership when frontline CS or support hasn't resolved the issue, driving the technical and relationship fix, and restoring trust.
• Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners across key verticals. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue, activity, and new business targets. • Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to support renewals, optimization strategies, and account growth. • Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene to support predictable revenue outcomes. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. • Build credibility through consultative selling, strategic thinking, and expertise in omnichannel media planning and execution. • Foster long-term partnerships by delivering value beyond campaigns and helping clients achieve broader business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end development of RFP responses, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, integrating data-driven insights, and clearly articulating success metrics. • Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to client goals and budget constraints. Define audience targeting, channel mix, investment allocation, and delivery timelines. • Partner closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences. Proactively identify opportunities through insights and market analysis to inform high-impact strategies. • Leverage Locala’s proprietary planning platform and data tools to generate actionable insights for both RFPs and proactive prospecting. Translate location intelligence, audience behavior, and market trends into compelling narratives that strengthen proposals and uncover new business opportunities. • Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility. • Develop visually compelling, insight-driven client presentations. Partner with Sales and participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert, confidently presenting strategy, insights, and recommendations. • Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams. Deliver high-quality proposals within deadlines. • Maintain accurate records of proposal activity across internal systems (CRM, planning, and project management tools). Identify and champion process improvements that increase speed, consistency, and quality of output.
• Address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly & effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. • Develop & deliver performance reports to clients and benchmarking those results against similar campaigns. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders. • Work alongside trading teams to monitor campaign performance and leverage data driven results obtained to conduct campaign upsells. • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. • Responsible for the creation and delivery of reporting, providing analysis of performance. • Manage projects with the design team to deliver best in class creative executions. • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Data, Marketing, Studio and Product Services departments) to improve the entire customer experience and are able to advise clients on basic technical questions. • This role is not centered around sales but rather focuses on managing campaigns/ accounts. Hands on media experience (i.e. programmatic, display, audio, CTV, DOOH) is crucial for this position.
• Set up and optimize advertising campaigns on our proprietary platform in collaboration with internal teams • Manage campaign performance on a daily basis • Recommend the relevant audience segments to activate • Work closely with Account Management teams to understand goals, meet client needs and communicate results • Act as the main contact for any problem related to the progress of campaigns (ad operations) and get in touch with the Support team if necessary. • Investigate statistical discrepancies with third-party measurement tools in collaboration with the Support team • Provide recommendations on creative formats in close collaboration with the teams in charge of creating the creations • Develop real expertise in the local market: develop and maintain strong relationships with local publishers and SSPs
• Develop new business and build a portfolio of new clients • Schedule and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers. • Meet and exceed predetermined Quarterly Sales Goals. • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention. • Own the sales cycle – from lead generation, closure, and renewal. • Maintain an up-to-date Salesforce profile – Salesforce proficiency a plus.
• Architect and evolve systems that operate real-world infrastructure across both product development and client-facing deployments • Review and guide code across engineers at all experience levels • Pair with engineers to solve complex implementation challenges • Support client engagements alongside the engineering team when technical tradeoffs matter and help translate requirements into durable solutions • Decide when to build, when to adapt, and when to say no • Incorporate data, analytics, and ML where it improves reliability and operations • Translate business needs into technical approaches engineers respect • Help grow engineers into senior and staff-level decision makers while ensuring solutions work in both product and client delivery environments • This is a hands-on engineering role. You will spend meaningful time in code.
• Player-coach role owning architecture, product delivery, and technical execution while remaining hands-on in code.
