Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting
- 1+ year of experience in Technical Sourcing
- Deep understanding of software development processes, languages, technical tools, and best practices.
- Strong technical sourcing and lead Generation skills.
- Experience with ATS (preferably Zoho) and digital tools (Slack, Linkedin Recruiter)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Manage and analyze data and reporting with PowerBi, Excel, or other tools
- Full-Time availability.
- Self-driven, proactive attitude and adaptability.
- Ability to work with volume with a hands-on attitude
- Ability to work from a remote location seamlessly
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Nice to have: Interviewing experience.
- Advanced Engineering or related studies (diploma not mandatory).
- Ability to code.
