Recruiting Coordinator – Contract

• Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and providing a smooth candidate experience. • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly. • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information. • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
- Experience working for a tech start-up
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to schedule 100 interviews a week
