Job Description

Project Manager

AvaSure

• Independently manages AvaSure projects of moderate complexity from planning through closure. • Lead projects with an increasing emphasis on SaaS/Cloud-based programs. • Drive revenue recognition through execution of various project milestones. • Participates in the development of new project plans and project artifacts for New Products rollouts. • Lead team of project members to ensure timely completion of project tasks. • Implement and manage project changes. • Effectively communicates schedule and changes to all project stakeholders. • Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project reports. • Define project tasks and resource requirements. • Share best practices with customer from both a clinical and technical standpoint. • Use appropriate tools to plan and schedule project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. • Execute on the project scope, goals, and deliverables for moderately complex projects. • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. • Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team on current goals and scope. • Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans. • Coordinates travel and logistics for onsite tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years Project Management experience is required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects of moderate scope and complexity with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with implementing hospital technology in a Cloud deployment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with multiple groups of people to attain and organize information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and provide feedback on contractual documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to completion per contractual and scheduling requirements.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in person and in a teleconferencing environment.
  • Comfortable leading multiple video conference calls.
  • Technical aptitude to learn our products and what follow-up questions to ask of customers.
