• The TQE supports Supply Chain’s Global Transitions team as a Quality leader for Global Transitions hardware from contract review phase to First Article Inspection approval • TQE works with quality entities and suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate quality risk emphasizing product, AS13100, PPAP, APQP and PWA 79345 requirements • Mitigate risk proactively during using AS9145 tools as PFMEA, PFD, PCP, MSA and KPC Management • Provide or help facilitate training to suppliers on P&W quality systems and requirements • Review supplier compliance with applicable purchase orders / scheduling agreements, engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures • The TQE drives robust RCCA from the transitions supplier when nonconformances and noncompliances occur to support a healthy quality signature and production readiness

• Lead quality engineering strategy across multiple teams supporting software delivery, platform operations, and data integration initiatives. • Define and evolve testing approaches for functional, integration, regression, non-functional, and release validation activities. • Coordinate quality planning activities across product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to ensure release readiness and delivery confidence. • Establish and monitor quality metrics, defect trends, test coverage, and release health indicators. • Guide the adoption of test automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and quality engineering best practices. • Review user stories, requirements, and technical designs to ensure testability and quality considerations are incorporated early in the development lifecycle. • Collaborate with Test Automation Engineers and developers to improve coverage across API, middleware, data, and UI layers. • Support root cause analysis, defect triage, and corrective actions for production and pre-production issues. • Mentor QA and test engineering personnel while driving continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams. • Partner with release and program leadership to support milestone readiness, auditability, and delivery transparency. • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Role Description Your role as a Junior QA Software Engineer is to test and understand applications during their development, create and manage automated test environments, and write cohesive automated test suites for a variety of applications. Duties & Responsibilities: - Independently design, write, and execute automated test scripts that leverage Cypress / Java Script - Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system - Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios - Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including test plans, procedures, and test cases - Log, triage, and document bugs in the tracking system - Perform manual testing for new features - Other duties as assigned or as business needs arise Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree; or similar education - 2 years professional experience in similar position - Strong JavaScript programming skills - Cypress - GitHub - Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience in CRM, Salesforce, or E-commerce projects (preferred) - UI image matching automation test experience (preferred) - Experience with Agile methodology (preferred) - Strong API testing knowledge Requirements - The target compensation for this role is $80,000. - The candidate offered this position will be required to pass a pre-employment background check. - Endurance is an E-Verify employer. - Applicants must have existing authorization to work in the U.S., as we are unable to offer new visa sponsorship.
