Role Description Your role as a Junior QA Software Engineer is to test and understand applications during their development, create and manage automated test environments, and write cohesive automated test suites for a variety of applications. We are looking for a team-oriented individual to grow with our small but rapidly expanding QA team during several exciting upcoming projects. We are building sales tools that are both robust and modern, integrated with many third-party applications. Duties & Responsibilities: - Independently design, write, and execute automated test scripts that leverage Cypress / Java Script - Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system - Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios - Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including test plans, procedures, and test cases - Log, triage, and document bugs in the tracking system - Perform manual testing for new features - Other duties as assigned or as business needs arise Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree; or similar education - 2 years professional experience in similar position - Strong JavaScript programming skills - Cypress - GitHub - Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience in CRM, Salesforce, or E-commerce projects (preferred) - UI image matching automation test experience (preferred) - Experience with Agile methodology (preferred) - Strong API testing knowledge Requirements - The target compensation for this role is $80,000. - The candidate offered this position will be required to pass a pre-employment background check. - Endurance is an E-Verify employer. - Applicants must have existing authorization to work in the U.S., as we are unable to offer new visa sponsorship. • Perform daily QA testing of CRM and marketing campaigns across all devices and platforms • Validate campaign flows, automations, triggers, and customer journeys • Test emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, and CRM communications for functionality and accuracy • Conduct ongoing quality checks throughout the World Cup campaign period • Identify bugs, formatting issues, broken links, rendering inconsistencies, and flow errors • Document findings clearly and provide detailed notes for required revisions and edits • Verify campaigns render correctly across desktop, mobile, tablet, and multiple browsers/devices • Ensure campaigns meet brand, functional, and user experience standards • Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and production teams to communicate issues and confirm fixes • Retest corrected campaigns and validate final approvals before launch • Maintain organized QA tracking and testing documentation

• Build a deep understanding of our products, users, workflows, data flows, and client needs • Drive quality outcomes from an end-user, client-impact, and data-integrity perspective • Apply shift-left quality practices by engaging early with Engineering, Product, Data, and UX to identify risks, clarify requirements, improve testability, and shape validation strategy before implementation • Define quality expectations, validation approaches, and release readiness signals across the delivery lifecycle • Validate data across the full lifecycle, from source systems through transformation to final reporting and visualization layers • Ensure data is correct, complete, fresh, and aligned with business expectations • Build and maintain scalable automated testing using Playwright, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and TestRail • Contribute to UI, API, data, and system-level validation strategies • Use ChatGPT, Claude Code, and similar tools throughout the QA lifecycle to improve test design, accelerate automation, and reduce repeatable manual work • Identify opportunities to replace manual, repeatable QA tasks with automation, AI-assisted workflows, or agents • Apply risk-based thinking to triage issues, guide release decisions, and improve confidence in quality signals • Mentor others on shift-left quality assurance, automation, data validation, and AI-enabled QA practices
