Strategy & Operations Manager, Driver Engagement

• Build scalable systems for ongoing driver feedback (surveys, NPS, roundtables, interviews). • Analyze quantitative and qualitative driver data to identify key pain points, opportunities, and priorities. • Lead pilot experiments (0 → 1) with clear hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria; scale successful initiatives across the marketplace. • Partner with Ops, Product, and Support to influence and drive company-wide improvements to the driver experience. • Consistently report to leadership on driver engagement trends, risks, and opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Data-driven and analytically strong, with ability to autonomously pull and organize data using SQL and Google Sheets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills; able to distill qualitative and quantitative data into insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated executional excellence with a track record of translating strategy into measurable, scalable pilots and experiments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful in creating solutions, and relentless in driving progress.
