Role Description Lead the growth of a cutting-edge bovine IVF business across the United States while shaping the future of animal genetics and reproductive technology. As Director of Domestic Commercial Operations, you will own and execute the commercial strategy that drives revenue, expands market presence, and elevates client experience. We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Consultant – Beef to drive growth across Queensland and Northern Australia, partnering with progressive producers and retailers to deliver cutting-edge genetics, reproduction solutions, and precision management services. This is more than a sales role – it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to beef producers. You will be responsible for growing market share and delivering strong commercial outcomes, while working closely with customers to unlock herd improvement opportunities aligned to their business goals. With a strong focus on value creation, you will build deep relationships, influence adoption of new technologies, and position Genetics Australia as a partner of choice in the industry.
