Job Description

Legal Intake Coordinator

Hire Hangar Global

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospective client inquiries via phone, email, and web form • Conduct structured intake interviews to gather relevant case information and assess potential fit • Accurately enter and manage prospect data within the firm's CRM and case management system • Qualify leads and route cases to the appropriate attorney or practice area based on established criteria • Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients to reduce no-show rates • Prepare and send intake packets, engagement letters, and onboarding documentation to new clients • Track intake metrics and provide regular updates on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status • Maintain consistent follow-up with unconverted leads to maximize consultation bookings

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal intake, client services, or customer-facing coordination role
  • Familiarity with legal intake procedures and the general operations of a law firm environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone
  • Strong ability to gather detailed information efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience
  • Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records across a high-volume pipeline
  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based law firms. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
