Working Student (Legal)

• You will take on documentation tasks and maintain our databases. • You will keep track of ongoing cases and compile relevant information. • You will support the team in implementing and adopting new software. • You will assist the Legal team with internal legal queries on an ad-hoc basis. • Optional: You will support the Communications team with the press review and, if needed, with community management.
Accounting Associate

• You will record financial transactions in DATEV for financial accounting • You will manage payment transactions, related software and support liquidity management • You will share responsibility for preparing the annual financial statements and handling external audits • You will manage document filing, creditor and supplier data • You will look after our bank accounts and corporate credit cards • You will handle administrative tasks related to financial penalties assigned to HateAid • You will work with us to continuously develop the financial accounting function and our internal processes • You will support preparation of tax returns together with our tax consultancy • You will perform first-line assessments of tax issues and involve our tax consultancy when needed • You will prepare and send outgoing invoices as part of our purpose-related operations
Editor, Longcopy

• You are a longcopy specialist, including press releases and statements, written interviews, texts for brochures, and academic reports. • You research content with a focus on digital violence and related socio-political topics. • You support the management with idea development, content preparation, presentations, and briefings for public appearances. • You further develop our Corporate Language Guide, our FAQ, and our corporate presentation. • You edit and copyedit texts from other team members as needed. • You participate in networking meetings, e.g., on new studies or technologies.

Fundraising Manager – Individual and Recurring Donations

• You will strategically redesign and further develop our entire individual and recurring donations fundraising. • Whether optimizing the lead-to-donor journey or developing essential KPIs — all threads come together with you, which you hold firmly in line with HateAid's mission and vision. • You are eager to plan, implement, and evaluate various fundraising measures and to continually experiment in order to advance our individual and recurring donations fundraising and attract new donors to HateAid. • You are responsible for the professional and appreciative care of our individual and recurring donors in the base-donation area — from planning and sending newsletters to handling inquiries. • Your goal is to build long-term, trust-based relationships with our supporters. • You are primarily responsible for maintaining our donor database, producing reports, and optimizing our donation forms. • You maintain your own network to exchange best practices and benchmarks and keep up to date with trends and developments in fundraising. • You ensure smooth communication and efficient processes among all relevant stakeholders, share your knowledge within the organization, and strengthen your colleagues' fundraising mindset.
