• You will take on documentation tasks and maintain our databases. • You will keep track of ongoing cases and compile relevant information. • You will support the team in implementing and adopting new software. • You will assist the Legal team with internal legal queries on an ad-hoc basis. • Optional: You will support the Communications team with the press review and, if needed, with community management.

Job Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a German university.
  • Your residence and usual place of stay are in Germany, and you speak and write fluent German.
  • You are not afraid of Excel and have good skills using it.
  • You are preferably studying law or are interested in it and are open to learning legal terminology.
  • You love structure and order, are accurate and extremely meticulous.
  • You are patient and remain focused and conscientious even when performing repetitive tasks.
  • You work independently, responsibly, and with a goal-oriented approach.
  • You have good communication skills and ask questions when unsure.
  • You are familiar with using various digital tools for organization and communication and feel confident using the MS Office suite.
  • You are politically minded and want to take a stand against digital violence.
  • You value our diverse society and are willing to develop further, broaden your perspective, and keep learning.

This role will support the SS&C Health Solutions and SS&C Pharmacy Solutions businesses and their sales, compliance, and management teams with a focus on revenue generating contracts and initiatives for these business units.
