Brand Program Analyst, Pharmaceuticals

• Execute onboarding and ongoing management of manufacturer partnerships, ensuring seamless translation from agreement to operation • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, IT, and Finance to ensure implementation across systems and workflows while serving as a key point of contact for external manufacturer relationships • Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives • Implement and maintain organized documentation and reporting to support business reviews and decision-making • Monitor product pipelines to ensure operational readiness for launches • Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and improve program performance • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across brand operations

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or account management; open to adjacent industries with strong analytical and project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with business drivers such as profitability, margins, and cost structures, with the ability to apply this understanding in day-to-day decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in contract-driven or regulated environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and effectively partner with senior internal stakeholders and external partners, including manufacturers
  • Strong communication and presence, with the ability to engage credibly with external partners and present clearly in high-stakes settings
  • Willingness to travel ~10–20% for conferences, manufacturer meetings, and business needs
