AI-Native Motion Designer / Animator

CrazyLabs

Role Description We're hiring an AI-native Motion Designer / Animator to join our top-tier Marketing Video Team, someone who lives at the frontier of AI video creation and uses it to reinvent how user acquisition content gets made. This is not a traditional motion design role with AI tacked on. AI is the engine; motion design is the craft that shapes it. If you are: - An experienced AI-Native Motion Designer / Animator - Ready to work on long-lasting casual and hybrid casual titles with millions of daily users and their player own communities - A strong believer in teamwork - Not afraid of innovation and learning new tools on the go - Approaching your work with joy and genuine curiosity Then you are on the right track to be a great match with CrazyLabs. As an AI-Native Motion Designer / Animator, you will: - Conceive, generate, and ship high-performing marketing videos for our games using AI video pipelines as your primary toolkit. - Drive end-to-end creative workflows in Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney video, and whatever tool drops next week; prompt engineering, model selection, iteration, and refinement are core to the job. - Combine AI-generated footage with motion design polish in After Effects and Premiere to deliver final assets that feel intentional, branded, and on-strategy. - Partner with UA managers, game designers, and creative leads to translate concepts into AI-driven video at the pace and volume modern UA demands. - Run rapid test-and-learn cycles: generate variants, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. - Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new AI video models, researching and analyzing competitors, sharing findings with the team, and influencing how CrazyLabs develops advertisements. Qualifications - Deep, hands-on expertise with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney video, or similar) — this is the most important qualification. - A portfolio or showreel that proves you can ship polished, on-brand video work using AI pipelines — not just experiments, but real output. - Strong prompt craft and an instinct for steering generative models toward a specific creative vision. - 3+ years in motion design/animation. - Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop) — used to finish and elevate AI-generated content into polished, on-brand deliverables. - Fluency in editing, compositing, and integrating AI footage with 2D/3D assets and original motion design. - A fast, iterative mindset; you'd rather ship five tests than perfect one. - Team-oriented and calm under deadline pressure. - Experience using AI for ideation, storyboarding, and stylised content creation. - Experience with the Unity engine is a plus. - Passion for mobile games and game culture is a big plus. Requirements - You've built or contributed to AI video workflows that others on a team now use. - You experiment with AI audio (ElevenLabs, Suno) or LLM-driven scripting as part of your creative process. - You're plugged into UGC, AI content, and digital storytelling trends and bring them into the work. Benefits - Employee benefits are part of our love language: annual team trip, global holidays celebration and presents, birthday and job anniversary presents… and so much more! - Remote but not alone: while you are enjoying flexibility with the remote position, we make sure you always feel as a part of our Crazy team. From the first day at CrazyLabs, you will be supported by an experienced people’s team to ensure your integration and journey is on the highest level. - Our approach to AI: at CrazyLabs, AI isn’t scary and it isn’t a buzzword. We’ve assembled an AI Lead team dedicated to teaching, training, and helping all Crazies to be ahead of the curve and use AI smartly. CrazyLabs is an AI slop-free zone.
