• Create quality plans for production ready products and products entering first production • Provide expertise for the preparation, evaluation, and assessment of documentation relative to processes encountered during the manufacturing, inspection, and test phases of programs • Work with production and inspection to solve issues, collect data and present meaningful metrics pointing to opportunities for improvement. • Create First Article Inspection documentation • Support PCA (Physical Configuration Audit) and FCA (Functional Configuration Audit) • Witness DVT and Qualification Testing • Review requirement validation objective evidence • Support FRACA (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action) for failures discovered during testing • Participate in Material Review Board process, as needed • Develop and implement new or improve existing internal operating procedures and work instructions • Create Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and ensure timely resolution of corrective actions • Conduct Internal Audits and manage/maintain Audit Schedule • Perform review of documentation on final hardware to ensure accuracy, completeness and correct data is provided. • Perform final release of finished hardware and notify Quality Manager of clearance to ship.

• Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across the company to understand the business, product and system requirements • Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects utilizing knowledge of application architecture • Maintain documentation of test results, assist in debugging and communicate to business stakeholders • Utilize necessary analytical skills to develop and maintain knowledge of in-house/vendor systems, formulas, rate specifications, manual rules, and state filing information • Maintain a test repository and/or performance test results; identify and resolve problems in areas of test development/management; devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations • Provide detailed, insightful, constructive, and actionable feedback based on testing outcomes; produce reporting and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging and tracking • Create visibility and deepen collaboration during development to ensure more reliable releases • Enhance tools, processes, and frameworks to bring insurance products to market

• Own quality hands-on: test new features yourself across mobile (iOS/Android), backend services, and back-office tools. You're not only defining strategy — you're shipping it. • Test complex crypto and fintech logic, including high-stakes flows: transactions, swaps, asset custody, KYC, and on/off-ramps. • Drive QA-developer collaboration on automated testing: write detailed test cases, review and accept the developer's implementation, and integrate the resulting test suite into your daily QA work. Quality is owned across the team, not gated by you. • Establish QA standards and metrics, including test case templates, checklists, bug-reporting standards, defect rate, escape rate, CFR/LT, and reporting that supports decision-making. • Lead production stability efforts: monitor Sentry, Firebase, Grafana; drive incident response; run post-mortems; surface root causes. • Mentor the Middle QA engineer through hands-on collaboration and shared work, not through formal reviews. • Influence product quality in conversations with the Team Lead, developers, product, and design — through technical argument and evidence, not hierarchy.
