• Maintain system security and integrity by consistently updating software and hardware versions through established patching and update procedures. • Partner with architecture to develop implementation and improvement plans by eliciting infrastructure requirements from key stakeholders and recommending solutions. • Facilitate the translation of infrastructure needs into actionable processes by evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and defining user requirements for effective solutions. • Assess, document and communicate impact of change to key partners by collaborating with stakeholders to develop requirements documentation. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and gather information to meet requests within area of responsibility. • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency. • Support end-users by ensuring thorough understanding of user requirements and availability of relevant process documentation. • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to value performance and diversity. • Support the implementation of infrastructure technologies and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Information Security - Awareness - Aware of information security and the security controls that can be used to mitigate security threats within solutions and services.
  • IT Infrastructure - Practitioner - Builds and configures, administers and supports infrastructure technologies and solutions such as compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and open-source packages and solutions, virtual and cloud including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
  • Ownership & Initiative - Working - Owns an issue until a new owner has been found or the problem has been mitigated and / or resolved.
  • Problem Solving - Awareness - Able to investigate problems in systems, processes and services, with an understanding of the level of a problem (e.g. strategic, tactical, operational). Can contribute to the implementation of remedies and preventative measures.
