• Identify systemic engineering challenges across our platforms and drive their resolution — shaping the technical backlog and near-term architecture. • Propose and validate technical approaches for problems involving scale, performance, security, or cross-team dependencies. • Lead architectural decisions for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk initiatives. • Incorporate modern industry patterns — including AI/ML tooling — into our technical strategy where it genuinely moves the needle. • Write code, review PRs, debug production issues, and optimize system performance — this is not a whiteboard-only role. • Dive deep into our AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, and JVM-based services to find and fix what's actually wrong. • Participate in our on-call rotation as a second-level escalation point for complex engineering incidents. • Step in during large incidents to help teams triage, coordinate, and resolve — and follow through with post-incident reviews that drive lasting fixes. • Champion operational excellence across our engineering teams: observability, reliability, deployment practices, and the operational habits that keep systems healthy at scale. • Partner with engineering teams as a technical point of contact on complex projects — ensuring good architectural decisions get documented and don't have to be re-litigated. • Work directly with Engineering Managers to align technical work with team and product priorities. • Mentor engineers across our teams, raising the technical floor through reviews, pairing, and direct feedback. • Stay close to the customer. Understand how Sailthru's platform affects the people using it, bring that context into technical decisions, and push back when engineering choices create friction for customers. • Partner closely with the product team — contribute to shaping what gets built, not just how. The best technical decisions happen when engineering and product are thinking together from the start.

WHO WE ARE Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is the AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and trillions of consumer signals to make it easier for marketers to acquire, grow, and retain customers more efficiently. Through the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), our vision is to make sophisticated marketing simple by unifying identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation into a single platform – powered by one of the industry’s largest proprietary databases and AI. Our enterprise customers across multiple verticals are empowered to personalize experiences with consumers at an individual level across every channel, delivering better results for marketing programs. Zeta was founded in 2007 by David A. Steinberg and John Sculley and is headquartered in New York City with offices around the world. To learn more, go to www.zetaglobal.com. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Identity product team at Zeta Global. You will own the Addressability pod — the team responsible for making Zeta's identity graph accessible to every product and service across the organization. This means building and evolving the real-time and batch resolution systems that power how Zeta connects people to signals, channels, and outcomes. Zeta's SuperGraph processes over 1 trillion signals per month across 245M+ identity clusters and 12+ countries. Your job is to ensure that every part of the business — CRM, programmatic advertising (DSP), HIRO, etc — can tap into this identity infrastructure through modern, well-integrated resolution systems. You'll drive adoption of the Zeta identity spine across all business units, including onboarding future acquisitions, and you'll champion visibility into identity coverage through dashboards and tooling that help teams find and act on opportunities to improve match rates. This is an individual contributor role, but the scope is inherently cross-organizational. You'll work across every major business unit and engineering pod at Zeta, which requires strong skills in influencing without authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholders, and coordinating large-scale technical migrations. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first year, you will have driven adoption of the Zeta identity spine to 100% of the business, with every major system integrated. You will have built dashboards across all major platforms that give business unit leaders clear visibility into identity coverage, match rates, and actionable opportunities for improvement. The teams you work with will trust you as the go-to person for how identity works at Zeta — and how to make it work better. - Someone who is energized by complex, cross-cutting infrastructure problems — the kind of work where the product isn't a UI, it's the system that makes every other product better. - A collaborative operator who builds trust across teams, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and drives alignment through clarity rather than hierarchy. - A continuous learner who stays curious about identity, privacy, and data infrastructure — and who brings that curiosity to every product decision. - Someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just outputs — and who measures success by the adoption and impact of what they ship, not just whether it shipped. RESPONSIBILITIES - Define and drive the product roadmap for Zeta's addressability systems, including real-time resolution services and batch identity resolution infrastructure. - Partner closely with engineering to design, build, and ship identity resolution capabilities that serve the needs of all Zeta business units. - Drive org-wide adoption of the Zeta identity spine (ZID), working with CRM, programmatic, Publisher Cloud (HIRO), Email Exchange, and Data Cloud teams to integrate identity resolution into their products and workflows. - Own the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures, coordinating across multiple engineering pods and business stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and business unit leaders across the organization, influencing priorities and aligning on shared goals. - Define success metrics and build visibility into identity coverage — designing dashboards and reporting that surface match rates, resolution quality, and opportunities for improvement across all major systems. - Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and stakeholder communications. - Use data to inform prioritization, measure the impact of identity improvements on downstream business outcomes, and identify gaps in coverage. REQUIREMENTS - 6+ years of experience in product management, with meaningful exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure. - Strong technical depth — comfort with concepts like identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems. You don't need to write production code, but you should be able to read a SQL query, review an architecture document, and engage credibly with engineers on system design. - Experience driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams or business units, with a track record of influencing without direct authority. - Clear, structured communication skills — the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and to build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities. - Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Airflow) or similar data infrastructure. - Occasional flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including some evening availability, will be required to support collaboration across US time zones. PREFERRED SKILLS - Experience in ad tech, MarTech, or identity resolution — particularly with identity graphs, cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure. - Familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution, first-party data approaches, or privacy regulations (GDPR, GPP). - SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets to investigate product questions, validate hypotheses, or define metrics. - Experience with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence. BENEFITS & PERKS - Excellent medical coverage PEOPLE & CULTURE AT ZETA Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
