Role Description The Capital Markets Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development, structuring, and execution of Kapitus’ capital markets strategy across transaction execution, investor engagement, and ongoing deal management. This role will support capital markets transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flow structures, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across FP&A, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Financial Data.
