• A self-starter who is passionate about owning success, while also encouraging creativity in tandem with data-driven results, that can apply excellent business judgment to deliver results and thrive in a constantly evolving environment • The Marketing Associate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to bring concepts and ideas to life in support of our breeder, veterinary, and consumer channels • Implementation and optimization digital and direct communications that engage, educate, and retain pet owners, breeders, and veterinarians alike through various mediums such as: emails, SMS/WhatsApp, social media (paid and organic), blogs, print collateral, and website content authoring • Build, manage, and push engaging and relatable content and campaigns for various channels and mediums to increase the amount of loving, responsible pet owners within the Trupanion or PetExpert family • Measure the effectiveness, progress, and impact of International Marketing as they relate to important metrics and company goals • Provide reporting on regional performance as well as insights and recommendations
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and optimizing MarTech tools, such as Content Management System or Marketing Automation (e.g., Contentful, Iterable, Plausible Analytics)
- Proven record of running multiple projects, with various resources and partners, simultaneously while remaining organized and focused
- Excellent background in content creation for differing mediums with various tools, like Adobe Illustrator or Canva
- Some experience working with Social Media Management tools
- Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet
- Experience working on multiregional and multilingual efforts
- Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and differences between Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Native proficiency in German required
- Prioritization of candidates with fluency in Dutch.
