Campaign Specialist Location: Little Rock United States Job Description: The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz media solution. Client and/or Territory assignment and scope will vary based on the account opportunities and candidate background. The Campaign Specialist working autonomously, regularly exercising independent judgment and discretion with limited supervision is responsible for ensuring client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, thus ensuring an exceptional client experience. Incumbent is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provides day-to-day client relationship management. The incumbent autonomously provides answers and solutions for questions, problems and requests raised by clients, establishes, and maintains good relationships with all concerned parties and may identify new business opportunities for Vestcom with all groups and departments within the client account. Key Areas of Responsibility This role is responsible for managing one or more client accounts and will own and independently manage all assigned duties relating to client(s) needs. Provides administrative support to Group Sales Director (s), Sales Director(s) and Account Manager (s) as needed. Works closely with Vestcom's client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery and production teams across all Vestcom solutions and client deliverables. - Builds relationships with process owners across all functional areas between client and Vestcom. - Communicates effectively, plans, organizes and manages multiple projects in a timely manner. - Manages project timelines to completion with internal and external cross functional team members; establish and communicate clear and realistic expectations. Ensure all deliverables to clients are error-free. - Evaluates and independently determines when to elevate concerns and provides recommended resolutions to Vestcom management in a timely manner. - Uses independent decision-making to determine, identify and research inefficiencies and inaccuracies in business processes and provides recommendations and best practices to both client and Vestcom. - Measures performance against process requirements, service level agreements and/or quality goals. - Participates in the strategic account planning process with the Vestcom Commercial team. - Oversees and provides direction and guidance on status updates of projects and accomplishments. - Communicates with CPG client and retail locations as needed to ensure effective and efficient tag processing. - Collaborates with internal stakeholders on tag related changes needed for the client's system. - Communicates (both verbally and in writing) in a clear, effective and professional manner at all times with all client and Vestcom cross functional partners. - Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 3 - 5 years related business experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous media/retail promotions industry experience preferred - Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000/ year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. • Validate and test integrations across Amazon Connect, AWS Bedrock, Amazon Kinesis, Salesforce, Verint, and related AWS GovCloud services within a FedRAMP High (IL4) environment. • Ensure that real-time and post-call data pipelines, AI-driven workflows, Salesforce integrations, and operational monitoring components function reliably, securely, and according to business and compliance requirements. • Test AWS Lambda functions that orchestrate AI inference calls to Bedrock Agents, process Contact Lens transcript streams, and write structured data to Salesforce. • Validate real-time data pipelines from Amazon Connect through Kinesis to downstream systems including Bedrock, Salesforce, Verint, and QuickSight. • Perform integration testing for near-real-time Lambda-to-Salesforce data delivery during live calls for AI Coaching capabilities. • Validate Salesforce Platform Events and Streaming API integrations used to push coaching prompts to agents in real time. • Test Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce agent workspaces to ensure proper display of AI coaching prompts, compliance alerts, recommended actions, and knowledge suggestions. • Validate Amazon Lex bot intents, slot types, and fulfillment workflows for IVR Call Taking virtual agents. • Test post-call summarization workflows including Contact Lens transcript processing, Bedrock inference, Guardrails validation, and Salesforce case record creation. • Verify integrations between AI-generated summaries, call metadata, quality scores, and Verint quality management systems. • Validate CloudWatch alarms, anomaly detection configurations, operational monitoring dashboards, and alerting workflows. • Execute integration, regression, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and test evidence documentation. • Support infrastructure validation for CloudFormation or CDK deployments. • Participate in DevSecOps processes including automated testing, code validation, security-focused reviews, and CAB-approved deployment verification via ServiceNow. • Collaborate with Security Engineers to validate TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption, IAM least-privilege access controls, logging, and SIEM integration compliance. • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.

• Responsible for ensuring robust testing during feature development and testable software architecture is maintained. • Expected to be a lead participant in testing direction for projects, and assure that the apps being built meet robustness, quality and security requirements. • Work with delivery coaches, designers, developers and tech leads to ensure we're building high-quality, engaging products. • You will be client-facing at times, capable of representing the company in both technical and non-technical discussions, and able to engage directly with client teams and stakeholders.

• QA all campaign builds across Meta (primary), Google, and TikTok prior to launch, verifying ad set structure, naming conventions, budget allocation, audience targeting, placements, and scheduling • Confirm creative assets are correctly mapped to the appropriate ad sets and align with the approved brief — including copy, CTAs, landing page URLs, and UTM parameters • Validate tracking setup across platforms, ensuring pixel fires, CAPI events, conversion actions, and attribution windows are correctly configured • Identify and document pre-launch discrepancies, routing issues back to the media buyer with clear, actionable notes on what needs to be corrected • Maintain a structured QA checklist and launch log for every campaign to ensure consistency and accountability across accounts and platforms • Support occasional campaign builds on Google and TikTok as needed
