Role Description Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This role will blend relationship-driven outreach with program coordination, process optimization, and hands-on project support to help deliver high-performing utility energy efficiency programs. In this highly collaborative role, you will act as a key connector between utility clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. You will balance front-end engagement with back-end program execution, helping to onboard and support vendors, move projects forward, and continuously improve the processes and systems that drive program success. This role is well suited for someone with approximately 3+ years of experience who is comfortable taking on a range of responsibilities and making an immediate impact. The right candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, improving workflows, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.
