• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, spanning technology, business process, and organization change ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, timelines and financial targets. • Drive integrated planning and execution across people, process and technology ensuring the solutions are aligned to operational realities across the CRS. • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners, fostering alignment, ownership, and clear accountability for delivery outcomes. • Drive clear, audience-tailored communication and contributes to continuous improvement of project management practices. • Ensures clear, timely communication and stakeholder alignment by leading reporting, governance forums, and vendor negotiations to ensure project expectations, deliverables, and changes are effectively managed. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across organizational, operational and technical dimensions applying disciplined practices to ensure successful delivery.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation by leading payroll testing activities and validating system configurations • Execute end-to-end payroll test cycles, documenting results, maintaining scripts, and ensuring readiness for deployment • Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across all transactions, employee changes, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with project partners and internal stakeholders to align system functionality with payroll business needs • Resolve payroll system discrepancies by investigating data issues, reconciliation variances, and integration errors
• Work collaboratively with our Learning and Development team to design a B2B Ag and Energy tiered selling skills training program aligned to business objectives. • Lead engaging workshops with supporting training and sustainment material to build confidence and drive effective sales behaviors. • Gather input from cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize Co-ops for selling skills workshops, and translate this into a structured, annual sales training plan. • Ensure sales teams at Co-ops leverage selling support tools such as business analytics insights, marketing programs, sell sheets, CRM, internal product and agronomy technical experts. • Partner with Co-op leadership to reinforce learning, measure adoption, and continuously improve sales performance through feedback and insights. • Coach and support Co‑op Agro sales teams and leaders by reinforcing best practices, improving customer conversations and value selling, and aligning on data-driven action plans to strengthen overall sales effectiveness. • Leverage data to track training impact, identify trends, and continuously enhance sales capability programs to drive measurable improvements in performance. • Expected travel is approximately 50% annually.
Product Line Manager, Crop Protection & Seed

• Drive growth and profitability as our Product Line Manager where you’ll lead the strategy and execution of crop protection, seed and inoculant programs across key manufacturer partners. • Lead forecasting, inventory planning, and ordering to align supply with market demand, trends, and profitability targets. • Drive pricing, supplier negotiations, and program execution to optimize margins and maintain competitive positioning. • Support annual planning and manage in-season inventory, including allocations, positioning, returns, and revaluations. • Build strong retail relationships and apply creative, customer-centric thinking to understand their needs and support their business. • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing initiatives, coordinate operations, deliver program payments, and achieve vendor financial targets. • Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships while providing insights, reporting, and continuous improvement to drive growth. • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by communicating key updates and partnering with internal teams and local Co-ops to align on programs, pricing, and business objectives.
• Process data entry transactions related to onboarding, separations, leaves of absence, benefits administration, contingent workforce, and position management. • Support management of the HRIS by updating information based on structural changes and business needs. • Facilitate key onboarding activities related to system access and processing information packages. • Complete status change forms and enter updates into the HRIS, ultimately supporting talent mobility, separations, voluntary terminations, and leave of absence processes. • Support regular audits by reviewing HR records for accuracy and updating procedures to improve operational efficiency. • Prepare communications, presentations, and other documents, as necessary.
