Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar operational role
- Familiarity with recruiting and HR systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as a remote worker
- Comfort working with operational processes, documentation, and spreadsheets/trackers
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Role Description Oversee day to day operations of a team consisting of all elements of the Credentialing process. Assist in ensuring the coordination of initial and ongoing compliance with regulatory, state, federal and accreditation standards/requirements. Ensures that development and execution of Credentialing and other provider onboarding functions are in accordance with applicable department policies and procedures.
