• Responsible for expanding payer, employer, and strategic partner relationships • Own the strategy and execution required to convert RightMove’s clinical model, HSS partnership, and value-based economics into scalable commercial partnerships • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across Commercial and Medicare Advantage health plans, self-insured employers, benefits platforms, consultants, TPAs, and strategic partners • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, shape partnership structures, and define how RightMove goes to market across payer, employer, and channel segments • Create referenceable partnerships that support future market expansion • Develop deep understanding of buyer needs across payer, employer, and channel segments • Support development of a cross-functional process to stage gate and qualify partnerships

• Serve as the leader of RightMove’s unified network and operations function in the Northeast • Focus on building out the provider network from the ground up—recruiting, contracting, and establishing the relationships and infrastructure that will define our presence in the market in the first six months • Own operational performance, network management, practice transformation, and patient growth from month six onward • Partner closely with RightMove’s Regional Medical Director and local market operational leadership • Collaborate on a go-to-market network strategy for the Northeast, identifying target providers, practices, and health systems • Lead provider recruitment and onboarding end to end • Build deep, trust-based relationships with physician leaders and practice administrators • Stand up the operational infrastructure—workflows, tooling, and team • Define clinical and quality standards across the network • Manage day-to-day market operations, including provider performance, patient growth, and operational excellence • Drive practice transformation initiatives that improve care coordination, utilization, and patient outcomes internally and across partner practices • Act as the voice of the market, translating local insights into enterprise-level strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development • Design and scale an operating model that supports multi-market growth, coordination, and operational excellence • Maintain and deepen long-term strategic provider partnerships

• Conduct virtual musculoskeletal triage and follow-up visits to assess symptoms, functional limitations, and clinical risk • Apply strong clinical reasoning to determine appropriate clinical recommendations within a virtual care model • Deliver evidence-based virtual physical therapy interventions focused on functional improvement and symptom management • Develop individualized care plans aligned with patient goals, functional needs, and long-term outcomes • Identify clinical needs requiring care coordination and route tasks to Care Coordinators • Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and other clinicians when medical escalation or specialty involvement is indicated • Communicate and coordinate with patients, care coordinators, APPs, and external referral sources to support continuity across the episode of care • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements • Adhere to established clinical protocols, escalation pathways, and quality standards within a value-based care environment.

• Own and lead the end-to-end provider strategy for the Northeast market, with full accountability for market performance, growth, and value creation • Act as the primary voice of the market and provider network, translating on-the-ground insights into clear requirements, priorities, and roadmaps for central teams • Design and establish the operating model for a high-performing, scalable provider network, setting the structure, workflows, and expectations required to support growth • Set the strategy and standards for provider contracting and onboarding, ensuring alignment with performance goals while guiding execution through centralized teams • Drive patient growth by defining and activating network-level strategies, influencing supply-demand dynamics, access, and utilization • Own provider engagement, retention, and satisfaction strategy, ensuring the network is aligned, high-performing, and delivering differentiated outcomes • Define, track, and continuously evolve key operational KPIs, and hold cross-functional partners accountable for delivering improvements against these metrics • Serve as the strategic advisor and thought partner to central teams, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, tooling, and visibility—and driving prioritization of initiatives that unlock value across the network

• Lead development and refinement of RightMove’s MSK condition and procedure data model, including cohort definitions, inclusion/exclusion logic, and episode construction. • Partner with engineering and data teams to support ingestion and integration of key datasets, including claims, eligibility, provider network, and referral data. • Develop and maintain clear, payer-ready methodology documentation describing RightMove’s cohort definitions, cost attribution models, and analytical methodologies. • Develop analytical models and reporting that inform market opportunity, utilization patterns, and care pathways across MSK populations. • Analyze cost and utilization trends by condition, geography, provider type, and site of care. • Evaluate patient care journeys and referral pathways to identify variation in care patterns and opportunities for earlier intervention. • Build dashboards and reporting tools using modern BI tools, likely Sigma or LightDash, to support internal decision-making and customer reporting. • Lead refinement of RightMove’s clinical savings models, estimating the financial impact of clinical programs and pathways. • Develop population-level cost and utilization models that support PMPM savings projections, intervention impact estimates, and value-based care contracting discussions. • Partner with clinical leadership and external experts to ensure analytical approaches reflect real-world care pathways and operational interventions. • Work with RightMove’s actuarial partner to validate savings methodologies, risk adjustment approaches, and cost modeling assumptions. • Translate analytical outputs into clear insights that support payer conversations, contracting discussions, and customer reporting. • Analyze provider and facility performance to identify cost drivers, variation in practice patterns, and referral behaviors. • Generate insights that support network design, preferred provider strategies, and referral pathway optimization. • Partner with clinical and market development teams to support provider engagement with actionable data insights. • Establish foundational data and analytics capabilities, including scalable reporting infrastructure and analytical workflows. • Partner with data engineering to build a modern analytics stack that supports both internal analytics and external customer reporting. • Develop internal dashboards and customer-facing reporting using business intelligence tools.

• Lead market entry and growth strategies in TX, FL, NC, and other Southeastern states. • Identify and evaluate new opportunities across geographies, populations, and payer/provider partnerships. • Collaborate with the CEO and growth team to prioritize and execute market launches. • Build and manage referral relationships with PCPs, hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, PM&R, pain specialists, and community-based providers. • Develop and scale in-person physical therapy networks to complement our virtual care model. • Serve as a trusted liaison to clinical and administrative leaders across provider organizations. • Inform and refine market strategies to drive outcomes and financial performance in value-based contracts. • Collaborate with population health strategy, clinical, and operational teams to implement network initiatives. • Partner with finance, medical economics, and actuarial teams to analyze data and inform strategy. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. • Hire, mentor, and scale a small data team over time (engineering + analytics).
