Role Description This position reports to the Senior Director of People Operations and supports full-cycle recruiting execution across every function at Adelaide—sales, partnerships, customer success, operations, analytics, engineering, ad ops, marketing, and more. You’ll join a small, hands-on People Ops team as our dedicated recruiter inside the business, partnering closely with founders, leadership, hiring managers, and People Ops to help scale the company thoughtfully and intentionally. This is not a coordination-only recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who wants to operate as a true embedded recruiting partner—proactively building pipelines, sourcing exceptional talent, advising hiring managers, running structured interview processes, and helping us continue to evolve and scale recruiting at Adelaide. You’ll help shape how recruiting operates at Adelaide—from sourcing strategy and candidate experience to interview structure, recruiting workflows, and long-term talent mapping. We’re looking for someone with high agency, strong judgment, and a hands-on approach who wants to help raise the hiring bar across the company. Scope and leveling are flexible depending on experience, with a meaningful opportunity to help shape and evolve recruiting at Adelaide over time. We’re flexible on engagement model and open to full-time, contract, embedded/fractional, or partnering with someone building their own consulting practice. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with opportunities to connect with colleagues at our New York office. You’ll need to be in NYC a few times per year.
