Paced for retention, structured for spoken delivery. • Manage a network of freelance presenters across different markets. Brief them, review their output, give feedback, and keep timelines on track. • Manage external video editors. You don’t need to edit everything yourself, but you need to brief well, judge quality, and unblock yourself for quick-turnaround content when needed. • Think in systems, not individual uploads. One shoot should produce multiple outputs: a YouTube video, TikTok clips, social cuts, ad creative, product demos. • Define the content strategy, publish consistently, and grow both channels.

• Own Koinly's social media presence and community engagement • Be the voice of Koinly online, grow the audience, and make us genuinely present where our users spend their time • Own all social media channels: X/Twitter, Reddit, and any future platforms • Create, schedule, and publish all social content: posts, threads, commentary, insights, memes, quick graphics • Engage in crypto and crypto tax conversations because you understand them • Respond to community questions, feedback, complaints • Monitor crypto and tax conversations and jump in when it makes sense • Manage a content rhythm (planned posts, scheduled content) but you leave space for real-time engagement

• Own hiring end-to-end at Koinly • Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers • Shape the job description alongside hiring managers • Run async intake conversations and pressure-test requirements • Source candidates both inbound and outbound • Conduct CV reviews and first-round calls • Project management of multiple roles and stakeholders • Own the candidate experience and make a positive impression of Koinly • Ensure the Koinly brand is represented well in all content

• Own Koinly's organic search performance end-to-end, from keyword strategy to content creation to ranking results. • Define the SEO strategy: keyword research, site structure, content planning, and cluster architecture. • Write and optimise the work yourself. • Produce content, refresh existing pages, and manage the full content lifecycle. • Own on-page SEO across the site: titles, metas, internal linking, content structure, schema markup. • Monitor and beat the competition. • Build and maintain your own performance dashboards.

• Own Koinly’s content strategy end-to-end, set editorial standards, lead the content team, and ensure every piece drives clarity, trust, and measurable growth across all channels. • Define and execute Koinly’s editorial agenda: Translate business goals into a high-impact roadmap covering SEO, product-led content, and thought leadership. • Establish content pillars: Prioritize initiatives across the blog, website, YouTube, and social channels to ensure a balance of evergreen educational guides and high-conversion assets. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Support to ensure a unified narrative across the entire user journey. • Act as Editor-in-Chief: Enforce a high bar for quality, setting the "Gold Standard" for crypto-tax content through rigorous editing and brand-voice alignment. • Partner with tax experts and accountants to ensure every piece of content is technically accurate, authoritative, and simplifies complex regulations. • Oversee the lifecycle of content from brief to publication, including the creation of industry reports, comparison pages, and data-backed case studies.

• Engineer and optimize high-performance Ruby systems that handle billions of financial transactions, solving deep scaling, data, and code-quality challenges. • Design and develop scalable backend systems that process billions of financial transactions. • Provide technical direction across projects and collaborate with product and engineering leads to define priorities and architecture. • Own project delivery: from design and implementation to performance and reliability in production. • Refactor and modernize core Ruby systems to improve maintainability, readability, and speed. • Mentor other engineers through technical reviews, design discussions, and clear documentation.
