Role Description Du baust und steuerst Outbound- und E-Mail-Kampagnen im Backend für unsere Kunden – du bist der Motor hinter performanten Sequenzen, die Leads in Gespräche verwandeln. - Du entwickelst Kampagnen auf Basis von Buyer Personas, Positionierung und USPs und übersetzt diese in klare, überzeugende Messaging-Strategien. - Du schreibst starke Outbound-Copies (Emails, Follow-ups und Sequenzen) mit Fokus auf Open Rates, Replies und Conversion. - Du übernimmst vollständige Ownership über deine Kampagnen: Setup, Testing, KPI-Tracking, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung. - Du arbeitest eng mit Account Managern zusammen, um Offers, Messaging und Kampagnenstrategie maximal zu schärfen und auf Performance auszurichten. - Du arbeitest komplett im Backend ohne direkten Kundenkontakt – dein Fokus liegt auf Copy, Struktur, Testing und Skalierung. Qualifications - Du hast erste Erfahrung im Outbound- oder E-Mail-Marketing oder arbeitest bereits mit entsprechenden Tools und willst dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln. - Du bist stark im Copywriting und verstehst, wie gute E-Mail-Texte Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und Menschen zum Antworten bewegen. - Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Offer Building und verstehst, wie Messaging und Angebot zusammenwirken, um Conversion zu erzeugen. - Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest datengetrieben und optimierst Kampagnen anhand von KPIs statt Bauchgefühl. - Du bist neugierig, experimentierst gerne mit neuen Tools und hast keine Scheu vor komplexen Setups. - Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse. - Formale Ausbildungswege sind für uns zweitrangig – entscheidend sind Skills, Tool-Kompetenz und nachweisbare oder erkennbare Performance im Outbound.
