• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of large-scale and strategic client projects. • Create and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines. • Proactively anticipate and navigate potential project risks, identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions. • Document client requirements to ensure business needs are met and solution value is communicated. • Manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver project milestones seamlessly. • Serve as the primary contact for key client stakeholders throughout implementation. • Analyze integration, data mapping, and workflow needs with clients and internal teams. • Lead client presentations and status meetings with concise progress updates. • Educate clients on product features and best practices through in-depth assistance. • Provide training and resources to maximize client benefits from solutions. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise, client-facing implementation projects.
- Strong communication, leadership skills, and a result-oriented focus.
- Driven cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience implementing complex SaaS or health-tech solutions.
- Partnered with clients and internal teams to analyze integration needs, data mapping, and workflow requirements essential for successful integrations.
- Led client facing presentations and conducted regular status meetings with clients and internal teams, delivering clear and concise updates on project progress.
- Educated clients on product features and best practices, providing the comprehensive training and resources necessary to maximize solution value.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Facilitated post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across implementation and client success practices.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, Asana/Smartsheet, and others.
