• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy that aligns with global business priorities and an AI. • Lead the integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI governance and Agent development frameworks, to drive internal productivity and innovation. • Drive system evaluation, rationalization, and optimization to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem via modern APIs and middleware. • Ensure enterprise platforms consistently meet or exceed established SLAs for performance, availability, and issue resolution. • Oversee the modernization and lifecycle management of critical Quote-to-Cash teams and systems to ensure seamless business operations. • Maintain rigorous standards for data privacy and audit requirements, including GDPR, SOC2, and multi-jurisdictional data residency. • Partner with global business leaders and present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to the executive team. • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of approximately 50 solution architects, analysts, system administrators, developers and other technical SMEs. • Manage strategic relationships and SOWs with key partners, ensuring spend is optimized against commitments. • Facilitate cross-functional governance and drive high user adoption for all application investments. • Strategically manage Application spend and control costs by mitigating application sprawl and rationalizing the technology portfolio to realize run-rate savings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise applications within a global, matrixed SaaS organization.
- Extensive experience supporting and evolving major platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and Workday.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing large-scale strategic transformation programs and complex integration projects.
