Sales Operations Specialist
Bullhorn
• Processing sales contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with legal requirements • Partnering with internal teams to resolve issues relating to commissions, contracts, data, and process improvements • Supporting Sales Management by analyzing data and helping answer business questions • Assisting Legal and Finance teams with monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting • Maintaining accurate sales data and supporting the integrity of key business metrics • Helping support strategic and tactical initiatives across the sales organization to maximize revenue opportunities
Job Requirements

- You’re comfortable working with large data sets and have strong Excel skills
- You’re highly collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally across different teams and stakeholders
- You take ownership of your work, have strong attention to detail, and continuously look for ways to improve processes
- You thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and can comfortably roll with changing priorities
- You have experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems , including CRM administration concepts
- You’ve worked closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT
- You have experience supporting compliance with revenue recognition and bookings policies
- You bring strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
