Senior Sales Operations Analyst

• Build and maintain pipelines, funnels, and forecast dashboards • Analyze sales funnel conversion, stage leakage, sales cycle length, and pipeline coverage • Monitor sales productivity metrics, including rep performance, win rates, average deal size, and activity trends • Identify drivers of missed or exceeded revenue performance • Support forecast accuracy by delivering pipeline and conversion insights to sales leadership and FP&A teams • Analyze pricing realization, discounting trends, and contract performance • Track adoption of price increases and pricing effectiveness across customer segments • Monitor bureau costs versus pricing performance and margin trends • Build and maintain executive dashboards for sales leadership, account management, and the executive team • Develop KPI scorecards for pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, pricing, and customer health • Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between GTM metrics and financial reporting • Ensure CRM data quality and consistency • Work with Data/BI resources to improve reporting infrastructure, automate dashboards, and integrate data • Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to systems, dashboards, and processes

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, Consulting, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with BI and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with SQL strongly preferred
  • Experience analyzing pipeline, funnel conversion, forecasting, pricing, renewals, churn, and customer cohorts
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to frontline teams and executive leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in SaaS, recurring revenue, data services, fintech, automotive, or multi-product businesses is preferred.

Role Description The Head of Sales Operations & Enablement serves as the operational backbone of the revenue organization and Chief of Staff to the Head of Sales. This is a critical backfill hire responsible for building and maintaining the processes, systems, and infrastructure that allow the sales organization to scale - while managing leadership through KPIs and operational cadence. This role is designed for a builder. The ideal candidate has thrived in smaller, entrepreneurial company environments where they have created structure, process, and operational discipline from scratch. Candidates who have only operated inside large, structured organizations will not succeed here.
