• Play a strategic role in driving operational excellence and enabling revenue growth. • Influence decision-making by providing deep insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the scalability of our sales systems. • Partner with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance. • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, leading enhancements and integrations to support business needs. • Design and maintain advanced dashboards, workflows, and automation to improve sales productivity. • Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis, predictive modeling, and trend identification. • Own the forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with revenue targets. • Develop and enforce standardized processes for lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and pipeline hygiene. • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to support growth. • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics. • Partner with Finance on the book of business and tying back to bookings data in Salesforce. • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other platforms (CPQ, marketing automation, BI tools). • Ensure data integrity through audits, governance policies, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role at a SaaS or B2B company.
- Salesforce administrator-level expertise, including advanced reporting, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and process/flow automation.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience owning a sales forecasting process and producing predictive and trend analyses for senior leadership.
- Working knowledge of CPQ platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and integrations across the sales tech stack.
- Experience designing and governing sales processes—lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and pipeline hygiene—at scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a track record of partnering across Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
