Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager or CEO in a B2B software or SaaS environment
- Successful leadership of a company with €2–10 million in recurring revenue
- Overall accountability for company performance, including P&L, people leadership and strategic direction
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-entity software structures
- Familiarity with decentralized organizational models or shared-service / platform-based business models
- A hands-on, strategically grounded leadership style focused on operational excellence, clear communication and cultural development
- Business-fluent German and English.
