Role Description We are expanding our SEO operations and looking for an experienced SEO Growth Lead to drive organic growth strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, hands-on execution experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with content, development, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution in a fast-paced digital environment. - Plan, manage, and oversee SEO strategies across multiple projects - Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-driven content strategies - Optimize website structure, internal linking, crawling, and indexing - Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them - Monitor organic traffic performance, rankings, and SEO KPIs - Develop and execute link-building strategies - Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented - Generate regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights - Monitor competitors, industry trends, and search engine algorithm updates - Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall website performance and visibility Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including managing organic search campaigns. - Experience managing SEO projects with measurable growth results. - Strong understanding of Technical SEO principles and website optimization. - Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML5 for SEO implementation purposes. - Experience with SEO and website optimization tools. - Hands-on experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. - Experience building and executing link-building campaigns is preferred. - Agency experience is a must. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
