Role Description We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to run our paid social channels and lead the creative thinking behind them. You'll manage day-to-day buying across Meta, Google, and TikTok while owning the creative briefing process - translating performance data into sharp briefs that produce content that actually converts. Qualifications - 1-3 years of paid social experience, ideally at a DTC brand or performance agency. - Strong creative instincts - you can diagnose why an ad works and brief a better one. - Comfortable writing crisp creative briefs and giving constructive feedback to designers. - Proficient in Meta Ads, Google, TikTok Ads, and Shopify. - Analytical: comfortable pulling your own data and building a clear performance narrative. - Able to move fast and iterate in a growth-stage environment with a strong attention to detail. - Strong attention to detail and operational rigor - able to manage multiple campaigns, track performance accurately, and ensure clean execution across all launches. - Bonus: experience with UGC workflows or tools like Motion, Triple Whale, or Northbeam.
