Account Executive – Respiratory Health

Baxter International Inc.

• Selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities • Working collaboratively with internal partners • Developing and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services • Managing both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Managing a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets • Prospecting for new business 15-20% of time • Communicating Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts • Completing company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines • Understanding and complying with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures • Completing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment
  • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred
  • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution)
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license required
