• Design and drive the training experience for their product and services • Focus on highly interactive content and creating hands-on simulations • Enable Customer Success, Onboarding, and Training on new products • Rationalize training offerings across services to create a comprehensive experience • Groom training backlogs and work with product stakeholders to determine priorities • Attend zone reviews and represent Customer Training in product meetings • Collaborate with product and UX on training strategy • Proactively advocate on behalf of customers to influence product decisions • Work on a variety of cross-functional training projects from development to evaluation • Serve as a product SME where needed
