• Develop and maintain the overall security architecture strategy and consistent reference architectures across cloud and global data centers • Lead Threat Modeling and Risk Assessments for vendor technologies and complex system integrations • Serve as a technical security consultant for product development teams, ensuring security is integrated into product roadmaps • Partner with the Data Governance team to define and implement modern data protection standards across all Nielsen environments • Architect the next iteration of Nielsen’s Security Service Edge (SSE), including device posture, access control, and micro-segmentation strategies • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Network Operations, and Cloud Operations teams to prioritize work based on risk profiles and threat models • Support vendor relationships for cybersecurity technologies and lead root cause investigations during technical defects
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture
- Demonstrated experience developing architecture roadmaps aligned with enterprise principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing standards and controls (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Advanced understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) development and secure implementation
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to help provide guidance to program leadership, external partners, and a prime contractor to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the warfighter and propel strategic national security objectives. As a Senior Enterprise Architect your duties include, but are not limited to: Engages with stakeholders across the Department of War, dictating the alignment of IT programs and initiatives with enterprise-level IT strategy and roadmaps. Translate mission needs and compliance requirements within the team’s scope of responsibility into solutions Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree and 15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoW Demonstrates being a proactive leader with a customer-centric vision and an unwavering commitment to enabling the mission through groundbr eaking technical solutions.
