Role Description We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join the ELSA program. ELSA is a strategic digitization initiative operating in a SAFe environment with 12 product teams distributed across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. The program focuses on application and process automation while establishing a new IT architecture to enable fully automated network enhancement management. In this role, you will support agile delivery across the program, with a strong focus on enabling teams to adopt and apply agile methodologies and tools effectively. Your goal is to foster smooth collaboration, continuous improvement, and reliable on-time delivery in an international environment. • Lead and coach Scrum ceremonies; serve as the team authority on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. • Define and own maturation of Agile processes to achieve incorporation of AI at all steps w/in SDLC. • Drive backlog strategy with Product Owners and business stakeholders, leading cross-business-unit prioritization decisions and ensuring alignment between technical capacity and business value. • Proactively identify and resolve blockers, independently manage cross-team dependencies, and own delivery metrics reporting to leadership and business partners. • Lead release execution (UAT readiness, change coordination, release notes, post-release checks). • Own end-to-end Salesforce platform health and drive optimization through expert administration: security/user governance, system configuration, reports/dashboards, and proactive org health monitoring.

Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile delivery role. - Agile certification(s) such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent. - Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and/or scaled agile environments). - Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence. - Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, applying agile practices in a practical, context-driven way. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and organizational levels. - Demonstrated servant leadership mindset with a focus on ownership, accountability, and team success. - Ability to provide clear, timely, and transparent feedback to drive continuous improvement.
